A 120 acre former MoD training facility

Saighton Camp is a 120 acre redundant, former Ministry of Defence military training facility. Detailed planning permission has been granted for the development of 101 new homes on a small area of the site closest to the A55.

The remaining 100 acres

No plans have currently been agreed for the remaining 100 or so acres and this is where Commercial Estates Group (CEG); the company behind the project, is working with local residents and the City Council to define its future development potential.
