Detailed planning permission has been granted

Outline planning permission was granted in August 2005 for the development of up to 103 new homes on 14 acres of the site. This included 25 affordable, shared equity homes. In October 2006, Bryant Homes secured detailed planning approval for 101 new homes on this same site.

In April 2010 the Secretary of State issued planning consent for a residential-led mixed-used redevelopment on approximately half of the Saighton Camp site.
