Saighton Camp is a site with considerable redevelopment opportunities. Since closing as military training facility in1999 the site had fallen into a state of disrepair and was purchased for redevelopment in 2005.

CEG is keen to work with all interested local parties to ensure that future proposals create a development which will meet the City's needs and be valued by current and future residents of the area.
